What sets Pizza World apart?
The Development Fee is computed by multiplying the number of stores opened per the Development Schedule mutually agreed to by $5,000. The entire amount of the Development Fee is due and payable in a lump sum when the Development Agreement is Signed. The Development Fee is non-refundable. However, $5,000 will be credited against each initial franchise fee due at the signing of each Franchise Agreement. Therefore, an Initial Franchise Fee of $14,500 is payable when signing each Franchise Agreement.

How do I find a location for my Pizza World store?
Under the Franchise Agreement, you select the site for your store. Concerning each location, you must submit a completed site evaluation form, together with your site information, to accept or reject each proposed location.

- 24-hour traffic count/traffic patterns/pedestrian traffic
- The suggested population of 25,000 people within a 1-3 mile radius

What products must be purchased by the Pizza World franchisee?
To preserve the uniformity of our franchises and ensure food consistency and quality, stores must be operated per our proprietary business techniques, systems, policies, and procedures. Accordingly, you must follow the standards and specifications established concerning food products, packaging, advertising materials, supplies, ingredients, equipment, computer hardware and software, fixtures, furnishings, and other items used in the store’s operation. Moreover, to enable our franchisees to (i) obtain superior equipment, supplies, and food & beverage products that are not otherwise available to individual franchisees and (ii) benefit from reduced prices and more efficient and timely deliveries based on the leverage gained from increased buying power, we may designate approved suppliers for specific items required in the operation of your store.
A list of approved products and the suppliers from which those products may be purchased will be published in our confidential operations manuals or policy and procedure statements or provided to you by other written communication, and we may amend the list. Currently, you much purchase the following proprietary items from approved suppliers: (i) mozzarella cheese and chicken products & Italian vinaigrette salad dressings; (ii) pizza sauce, Italian sausage, Pizza World cooked beef; (iii) pizza boxes and other paper supplies. We estimate the construction of your Pizza World Store to be between 90 to 120 days. This can vary depending on location, style of store, and size. Before your store’s opening, we provide initial training on the operation of your store to the Principal Operator or your managers. Two weeks of training were delivered at a designated Pizza World Store. Training includes classroom instruction and written materials, including the following:
